Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing closet company in the Greater Metro Detroit area. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and closing sales. You don’t need a background in design, we will teach you the products, design process, and provide the tools you need to be successful. What You’ll Do * Meet with company-provided leads in clients’ homes * Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and goals * Assess the space and identify opportunities for an effective storage solution * Create customized closet and organization solutions that fit the client’s needs and budget * Present your design and guide the client through available options * Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients * Consult with clients throughout the process and work toward a successful sale * Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and sales pipeline * Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Personable and confident when meeting new people * Comfortable selling and asking for the business * A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills * Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes * Motivated by goals and results * Professional, dependable, and customer-focused * Enjoy a career where every project is different and you get to see your work come to life in clients’ homes What We Offer:
