:

Expands Gridwork's profitability within the assigned markets and account(s) by:

• Developing relationships with investor-owned utilities in GW target markets

• Achieving Authorized Vendor status on utility Authorized Vendor Lists (AVLs)

• Periodically visiting key decision makers within target utilities to reinforce GW's growing service offerings and qualifications

• Work with BD/Marketing analyst to identify new utility RFPs

• Teams with operations management to expand the offerings to the client

• Assist in proposal strategy and approach development by scoping proposals, assisting in key proposal preparation, participating in executive reviews and, as applicable, lead the effort to obtain debriefs

Qualifications

• BA in Engineering, Science, or Business Management preferred; Graduate degree a plus.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a utility setting

• Possess good relationships with clients in the Utility Market Sector such as Transmission/Distribution/Substation and Power; Testing/Commissioning Services, Gas, etc.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Personable, with very strong communication skills, and possess the desire to lead an aggressive business expansion in a fast paced and dynamic market.

• Lead internal client teams.

• Possess strong Client Facing Business Development experience.

• Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality
